A celebration of feeling good in your own skin, the positive impact of exercise on mental health, and the belonging that can only be found sweating it out with a group of friends and strangers.

Join your instructors on a journey of speed, strength, highs and lows. As we build a fleeting community with a common goal: work out, work hard and work on yourself.

Together we will climb the hills of the millennial psyche, face the sprints of expectation and take on the challenge of financial crisis. Unpacking a generations drive for health, fitness, belonging and intimacy.
